Raising money for a charity that raises awareness around youth alcohol and drug abuse
CLIENT: THE AMY WINEHOUSE FOUNDATION
Challenge
The Amy Winehouse Foundation works to prevent the effects of drug and alcohol misuse on young people – and aims to support, inform and inspire them to reach their full potential.
Our challenge was to develop a striking brand identity and design for the printed collateral that would support their celebrity fundraising gala, hosted at the Dorchester.
It was our privilege to work with an inspirational charity that do fantastic work for young people not only locally but around the world.
Solution
We were kindly given permission by the Cinthya Corbett Gallery to use the stunning artwork “Love is the answer” by Deborah Azzopardi. Using this as the main visual brought well deserved credibility and communicated the celebrity status of the event itself. The fun part was getting it to work harmoniously with the current brand identity system ensuring that it didn’t overwhelm or hinder current brand recognition.
We adapted this unique one-off identity system to work across flyers, tickets and the event programme and auction pages.

RESULTS
The event was a success with a full celebrity turn-out, an on brand pink carpet rolled out at the entrance and the auction of various high value LOTS.
